Terms & Conditions

  • Approval for repairs or replacements must be approved by Jupiter Pro Parts prior to any work being performed.
  • We reserve the right to inspect any product, at any time during the claims process.
  • To approve payment, Jupiter Pro Parts must approve an estimate for install, and a reviewed service history before work begins. Afterwards we will need to have proof of past units being picked up by carrier, and proof of repair completion.
  • This warranty is not transferable. Once a vehicle is sold from the original vehicle owner, warranty is now void.
  • The year and model of the vehicle or part printed on this invoice is within a range of interchangeability and may not necessarily be the exact model and year as the part or vehicle that has been provided.
  • Refer to the vehicle manufacturer's "Owner's Manual" for correct operation and maintenance schedule. Jupiter Pro requires oil change every 4,000 miles for engines.
  • This part may have accessories that are attached, and must be switched or removed to accommodate proper installation, which is the responsibility of the installer. Such accessories may have been included to aid in the convenience of installation and are not covered by this warranty. Engine warranties are limited to defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers and oil pumps. All other parts that may be provided are "Accessories and Extra Parts."
  • No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as switches, sensors, cables and electronics, belt, hoses, water pumps and manifolds.
  • Jupiter Pro Parts does not cover freight or return costs attributed to the return of units outside of our approved warranty process. We are not liable for freight costs for cosmetic issues.
  • We are not responsible for injury or damages during, or as a result of, the installation of our product.
  • Water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, timing belts, fluids, filters, gaskets and seals are routine maintenance items and should be replaced at the time of installation and at the vehicle manufacturer's recommended service intervals.
  • Proper operation of the cooling and electrical system must be checked during installation of products that can be affected by those systems. While most fluids have been drained from our products, it is your responsibility to completely drain and replace fluids, lubricants, antifreeze, and fillers with the replacements that are fresh and clean and approved by the vehicle manufacturer.
  • Programming is not covered by Jupiter Pro for any units.
  • Claims related to the overheating and/or improper lubrication of its components are not covered by this warranty.
  • Consequential damage to any other component is not covered by our warranty.
  • In the Event of Failure: The purchaser must use all reasonable means to protect the product from further damage and must return the original defective product to Jupiter Pro Parts.

Certified Pre-Owned Parts Process

If you have selected to purchase our premium Certified Pre-Owned Part, congratulations the below check sheet is not needed, and can be used just for reference if needed.

For any issues and to utilize your no-fault warranty, make sure to contact us on our main line at 1-800-ENGINE to report the claim and get a replacement shipped out. It’s that simple!

Once the claim is complete, contact us again, and we will gather the final invoice to get your paid up to $500 in labor for Transmissions, and up to $1,000 for Engines.

  • Unit is covered for 5 years, and 75,000 miles for the first no fault unit. The replacement unit is covered under a standard manufacturer warranty.
  • Labor caps are $1,000 for engines, and $500 for transmissions.
  • Labor rate is capped utilizing Southwest Inspections average area rate.
  • This warranty is not transferable between vehicle owners, and is void once the vehicle is sold to a new owner.
  • This warranty is valid for installing a repair facility, and any warranty work needs to be completed at that location.
  • Once the no-fault warranty is used, the remaining information in this document will then be required to be reviewed, and the checksheet will need to be returned for the replacement unit, for the remaining term of manufacturer warranty to be valid.
